Submit your Xplore-compatible PDF by DATE directly to EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mhtc2025

The paper should be between 6 and 8 pages.

Remember: Do not include the author’s information to ensure a “double-blind” review!

Camera Ready Submission

Once your paper is accepted, submit your Xplore-compatible PDF directly to EasyChair by [in process]. The best works will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

PDF eXpress verification will open on [in process].

Mail submissions will not be accepted.

Registration

To publish a paper, at least one author must register and be present to give their talk at the conference. Advanced Registration: [in process]

PDF eXpress

All conference articles submitted to IEEE-sponsored conferences must be in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format.

IEEE offers PDF eXpress as a free service to IEEE conference authors for converting or checking PDFs for compatibility.

Advantages to Authors:

Convert files to PDF without needing a conversion program.
Ensure your PDF is IEEE Xplore compatible.
Receive your converted file via email to verify compatibility.
Minimize post-processing issues and speed up publication time.

Steps for Creating Xplore-Compliant PDFs:

Proofread and check manuscript layout.
Create a PDF eXpress account.
Upload source files for conversion or PDFs for checking.
Use PDF eXpress to generate Xplore-compatible PDFs.
Submit your final PDF through EasyChair by https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mhtc2025
Note that you must log in as author to your EasyChair account and then submit a new version of your paper. Please make sure that your final paper has been correctly uploaded.

Copyright Form

IEEE requires an electronic Copyright Form (eCF) for each paper. You will receive an email with instructions to complete it.
The eCF allows authors to choose between Traditional or Open Access publishing models.

Note: IEEE will not publish papers without a completed Copyright Form.
