IES currently has an opening for the following position:

Electrical Engineer II

Oversight and preparation of engineering deliverables such as drawings and specifications, reports, and studies following industry standard methods & principles for projects using national/international and local codes. Prepare and assist other engineers in preparation of calculations for power, lighting, technology, and auxiliary power systems following standard methods and principles used in engineering analysis. Assist drafters in producing engineering drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software. Conduct site visits, as needed, to collect information for design development. Perform routine research and develop recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Collect, assimilate, and manage data for engineering work. Understand and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Contribute to project coordination by sharing information with other team members as requested. Focus on the needs of internal clients (project team leadership) while obtaining basic understanding of external client’s main interests and requirements. May provide support to business development or project pursuit activities. Share current knowledge of latest technology and processes.

Requirements: BSEE from an ABET accredited school, Minimum of 4 years of experience Knowledgeable in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus), PE License
