IEEE Region 3 Fall Webinar Series (Nov, Dec)

IEEE Region 3 is pleased to announce two more offerings for its member-direct 2019 Fall Webinar Series.

** Saturday, November 23, 2019: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST — So you want to be an Entrepreneur? **

This talk explores some of the myths and misconceptions of a startup business and provides some personal advice. The talk addresses the early stages of forming a startup and is not a comprehensive guide but a primer on forming a startup and charting a course to success.

Working on a startup is a lot of work and requires dedication; there is no way around that fact. However, it is not necessarily arduous; because if you approach it with the proper strategy, it will be an exhilarating experience full of joy and personal growth. With the right level of expectations, and a clear view to the challenges ahead, working to start your own business is invigorating and rewarding.
