The IEEE Lebanon Section is glad to announce the recognition given to us by IEEE R8. The “2016 Region 8 Outstanding Medium Section Award” was granted to Dr. Hadi Sawaya (Chair of IEEE Lebanon Section) during the R8 Committee Meeting that was held in Stockholm on 25-26 March 2017.

We would like to thank all IEEE Lebanon Section Members as this award was due to your efforts in the past year, and we hope to keep working with all members for the upcoming years as we have usually done in the aim to keep the motivation and success that we are known for. Thank you!!!
