Conference Registration Fees

The full registration fee for the participants covers conference materials, attendance to all Sessions, Tutorials and Workshops, lunches and coffee-breaks, Welcome reception, and Gala dinner (not included in the student fee; an additional fee of 60 € is due for students willing to participate at the Gala dinner).

A first-day-only registration is available for Tutorials/Workshops including the material, and the coffee breaks and lunch on 26 September 2017.

The Accompanying person fee includes Welcome reception, lunches, Gala dinner, a half-day guided tour in Torino and a full-day guided tour in the Langhe region.

Only one paper per registration is allowed.

The authors of the accepted papers must register in advance (before 24 July 2017) for inclusion in the conference programme and present the accepted papers at the conference. No–shows will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be available on IEEE Xplore or other public-access IEEE forums.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the ISGT Europe 2017 Secretariat. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before September 12, 2017. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after September 12, 2017. The refund will be processed only after the conference.

*        Members have to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

***   Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status at the registration. Please send an email to the Organising Secretariat registrationisgteurope2017@axeacongress.com attaching a copy of your Student ID. Participants must bring their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card at the conference for verification.

 

PAYMENT

  • CREDIT CARD(Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted). The form is secure and if you decide to pay by credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.
  • BANK TRANSFER

Very important note:
bank transfer document must clearly indicate:

  • Family name(s) and first name(s) of delegate/s
  • name of Company or Institution
  • reference: ISGT2017

PLEASE SEND COPY OF THE BANK TRANSFER TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM TO THE ISGT2017 SECRETARIAT:

Transfer should be net and exclusive of any bank charges to the Conference.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS WITHOUT REGISTERING TO THE CONGRESS.

 

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Congress Secretariat in a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to: registrationisgteurope2017@axeacongress.com

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

 

INVITATION LETTER
Italy is part of the so-called Schengen zone, thus citizens from Countries being part of this area and citizens from the EU, do not need special visas to enter the Country. However, before departure, foreigners wishing to enter Italy should verify their own Country’s policies.

Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visas may request it from the Conference Secretariat at least two months prior to the Meeting.

When entering Italy, even if you have already obtained a visa, the border authorities are authorised to check the documentation required for obtaining the visa itself.
