The conference organising committee will accept a limited number of regular technical papers. These may be focused on either an academic or an industry based project, and a mix of both types will be accepted.

Authors may submit full papers of up to six (6) A4-sized pages in length, including figures, tables and references. Up to two (2) additional pages, for a maximum of 8 pages per paper, are permitted, at a cost of AU$200 per additional page. The over-length charge will be automatically assessed at the time of final submission.

Papers must be formatted in accordance with the IEEE PES guidelines for conference papers as published here: Please use the A4 conference paper Word or Latex templates made available on that site.

Papers are to be submitted by 3 June 2016. A decision will be made by 8 August 2016, and final papers must be submitted by 5 September 2016 12 September 2016.

All papers must be submitted via the ISGT Asia 2016 section of the Papercept submission system, using the button below. As part of the submission process you will be required to digitally sign an IEEE copyright transfer form (standard for all IEEE conferences).
