Visa Letter Information and Request

In order to obtain a visa letter to assist with your visa application so that you can attend IEEE ISC2 2018, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. Have a paper accepted onto the ISC2 2018 Program
  2. Are a speaker in one of the ISC2 2018 events (tutorial, panel, invited talks)
  3. Have registered and paid in full for ISC2 2018

During the registration process, you will be able to request/receive a visa letter. If you requested a visa letter during registration, it should automatically generate and send a visa letter to you. If you have a problem on a visa letter, you may contact the General Chair, Baek-Young Choi.

A visa to enter the USA is waived for a number of countries; please visit the Visa Waiver Countries page. For the rest to enter the USA, in all likelihood, you will need to apply for the Business visa – please visit the US Business visa page on how to apply. In some cases, you might be able to apply instead for a tourist visa – please visit the US Tourist visa page on how to apply and see if this visa is appropriate.
