Each year, the ICCST is held in a different location worldwide.  Because of this, each ICCST is unique with its own personality embodied by the conference General Chairman, supported by their Organizing and Technical Program Committees.

To begin to develop the program for each conference, the Technical Program Committee and the General Chairman issues a Call for Papers (CFP) on behalf of the ICCST Executive Committee.

Authors first submit an abstract and a paper that must conform to the requirements in the CFP.

The abstracts and related papers are scored by the Technical Program Committee, usually comprised of the General Chairman, the Executive Committee, and other qualified individuals.

Authors are notified in late Spring regarding papers acceptance.

Each accepted paper is the basis for the technical paper created by the author(s) according to the reviewer’s comments.  Technical papers are published in hard-copy and electronic  forms.

Final technical papers are also acquired by and indexed into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library for searching and future reference.
