2019 Engineers Week (Feb 17-23)

Engineers week is here!

Started in 1951, the purpose of National Engineers Week (February 17-23, 2019) is to celebrate how engineers make a difference in our world, increase public dialogue about the need for engineers, and bring engineering to life for kids, educators, and parents by emphasizing the importance of learning math, science, and technical skills.

Locally, Houston Engineers Week is dedicated to the promotion of the profession of engineering as a social and economic influence vital to the welfare of the community, the State of Texas, the United States of America, and all mankind.
