Submission Process
IEEE GreenTech 2013 relies upon a peer review process to ensure the quality of the technical content. Author-registration and presentation is required for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Please note that Authors will be required to transfer copyrights to their paper(s) accepted for presentation at the conference.
All papers (maximum of 8 pages) must be submitted in IEEE approved format through EasyChair. The IEEE Author Digital Toolbox contains tools and information to assist with article preparation; also included is a list of frequently asked questions. Some of the more useful items are listed below:

Information on the submission process of final manuscripts, that address the reviewers’ concerns, shall be made available here towards the end of December 2012.
Please note that at least one author per accepted paper has to register for the conference by January 14, 2013, for the final submissions to be accepted.
