Soft skills vs Hard skills
What are the soft skills that employers seek today? Do you know what VUCA is? Why are these skills important especially in the after COVID19 era? Are we born with them or we can learn them? How can you maximize your chances to succeed in your career? In this 90’ presentation you will find out which are the basic “soft skills” and then we will focus on 4 of them that can differentiate you in the work environment: Understanding and managing change, resilience, teamwork, leadership. You will understand their meaning and content and you will learn about the value that each of them has for you as an individual but also within an organization. We will discuss cases where one can demonstrate these skills and how you can practice them along your career journey.
