Eddie Custovic is an academic staff member and project manager in the School of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences, La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. Eddie is a member of the IEEE Publication Services & Products Board and is the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Young Professional publication, GOLDRush. He is highly passionate about engineering management, entrepreneurship and mentoring of students and young professionals.

Sarang Shaikh is an engineering graduate from Mehran UET Jamshoro, Pakistan with an Entrepreneurship mindset. Sarang is a two time TEDx Speaker and is the founder of the Humans of IEEE. Sarang has has served the IEEE Karachi Section as SAC in past and is currently serving as Secretary and Treasurer. Sarang is an avid writer and has recently published his first book “Inspire your Motivations” on Amazon.
Michael Gough (B.Sci, M.Eng (Civil)) is a practicing civil engineer at one of Melbourne’s leading design consultancies, Vert Engineering Pty. Ltd. Michael is an enthusiastic IEEE volunteer who enjoys the management and consultative facets of commercial projects. He has a keen passion for delivering effective results and tackling global challenges.
Sneha Kangralkar (M.E. Telecommunications & Network Engineering) is a passionate IEEE volunteer. She is a recent graduate with professional experience in telecommunications and software testing. She thoroughly enjoys volunteering for projects which benefit society and strives to contribute significantly towards the telecommunications and sustainability sector. Sneha also volunteers as Activities Manager for the IEEE SSIT Victorian chapter.
Neha Dawar (M.E University of Calgary) is pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of Texas, Dallas . Her interests lie in the field of Computer Vision and Image Processing. Neha has served on the executive committee of the IEEE Young Professionals, Southern Alberta Section, for almost 2 years. She is a passionate advocate for science and is involved with the Astronomical Teacher Training Institute (ATTI) for the outreach of science education among school students.”

Nadee Seneviratne is a final year engineering undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa, the most sought after engineering institution in Sri Lanka. She specializes in the field of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering. Nadee is a passionate IEEE volunteer since 2011 and a travel grant recipient of 2015 WIE ILC. She is ardent in helping Women in Engineering all over the world to unveil their true potential and reach the success while contributing to make this world a better place with technology.
