Full Registration includes

Conference Only Registration includes
Access to all sessions, exhibits, conference dinner, lunch during the conference days, conference program, conference proceedings on DVD or flashdrive, plus additional conference handouts for 1 person.
Tutorial Only Registration includes
Access to pre-conference tutorials on October 10-11 for 1 person.
Registration & Publication Policy
To be published in the IEEE ETCM 2016 Conference Proceeding and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the R1 through R4 registration rate and the paper must be presented by an author of the paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
Registration fees are non-refundable. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one R1 or R3 registration is valid for up to 2 papers. All other registration levels will only permit 1 paper.
