Vendor Exhibits
The location of the exhibit is next to the Conference hotel. This affords workshop attendees easy access to the exhibits and an exhibition venue that can support large and heavy items. An exhibitor kit will be sent to all exhibitors. Exhibitor registration includes the booth and one helper (additional details below). Guests are not allowed to participate in the exhibition.

Move out of exhibit hall:
– Tuesday March 26, 2024: 6:15 pm to 9:00 pm
– Wednesday March 27, 2024: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
PLEASE NOTE: NO MOVING OUT DURING SHOW HOURS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We encourage all exhibitors to attend the technical sessions of the Workshop in order to experience the latest technologies, listen to and better understand the problems encountered in the field, and hear the concerns of participants. This information is of great value in determining customer needs and wants, which can help in product design and marketing strategies. The face-to-face networking time available in between the workshop sessions offers each exhibitor the opportunity to reacquaint themselves with existing customers, as well as develop new contacts and to share how their products and services benefit the industry. At the end of the workshop, all participants are given a printed attendees list. We will encourage and entice all participants to visit all exhibitors on the exhibition evening. All Exhibitors are expected to adhere to the Commercialism and Ethics Guidelines. Also, please see the Guidelines for Exhibitor Helpers.
Exhibitors will be able to set up in advance of the conference. The registration desk will be available at that time to hand out conference badges.
The booth registration fee for the 2024 IEEE ESTMP in Calgary includes one 10 x 10 ft. booth, draped back and sides, one 120-volt electrical connection, one 8-foot table, one full conference registration, one helper for the exhibition. There is no one-day conference registration option for exhibitors. Note that any other exhibition help must be registered as a full conference attendee, no exceptions.
Multiple booths may be purchased, the above requirements are applicable for each 10 x 10 booth. For coordination of multiple booths, please contact Ken Martin to ensure the booths are located together.
