All fees are in US Dollars.  Fees do not include a small processing fee that will be incurred at checkout.

Registration includes:
Access to all sessions, welcome reception, conference program, afternoon networking event, lunch, plus additional conference handouts.

Registration Scholarships:
IEEE Houston is offering a $5 refund as a referral reward.  To receive the refund, the attendee wanting to receive the $5 refund and their referral attendee must both register, not request a refund, and attend IEEE devDay 2018.  The referral attendee must also list the attendee in the appropriate spot on the registration form.  For questions, please email moriah.s.hargrove.anders@ieee.org.

Registration Discounts:
For the attendee who refers the most number of attendees that register for, do not request a refund, and attend the event, the conference will refund their registration costs upon their attendance of the event on April 14, 2018.

If an attendee registers for an IEEE member ticket and they are not an IEEE national member (e.g., has an active, valid member ID number with IEEE.org), then the ticket will not be refunded.

Refunds:
General attendees are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is requested in writing to moriah.s.hargrove.anders@ieee.org prior to April 4, 2018 and will incur a processing fee of $10. There are no registration refunds after April 4, 2018.
