Topic will relate to young professional interests including maintaining a work-life-living balance, importance of staying engaged with your community post-graduation, secrets for sucess |
11AM (B): Student Breakout Session |
Topic will relate to student interests including skills to gain now while you’re in school, the importance of a network, what steps you can take now to prepare for future sucess |
Noon: Lunch and Keynote Presentation |
Topic will relate to tech trends, electrical engineering trends, and what your future as an engineer may look like |
1pm: Presentation |
Topic will relate to possible career paths for an engineer to take, including how to transition into management |
2pm (A): Resume Session |
Attendees will have a chance to speak with company representatives who hire engineers and receive resume critiques |
2pm (B): Presentation |
Topic will be of interest to those who are currently employed or who are not actively job hunting |
3pm Eaton Experience Center Tour |
Attendees will get a private tour of Eaton’s state of the art demo facilities that include full sized switch gear set up and to-scale refining areas |
4pm Post-Conference Networking |
Attendees are invited to network post-conference at a local hang-out (location tbd) |
