IEEE devDAY 2018
SATURDAY APRIL 14, 2018 – HTX – Eaton Experience Center
Today’s workforce has different motivations, expects a differently structured workplace, and communicates in novel ways. IEEE devDay is designed to engage and assist attendees to tackle this new workplace and new professional environment.
This day-long conference focuses on innovative and engaging experiences. IEEE devDay is designed by students and young professionals to deliver insightful and thoughtful content to attendees.
Conferences and professional development events are traditionally focused on those who are job hunting or those who have jobs, those who are students or those who are young professionals. Modern day professional environments are not binary – so conferences should not be designed with such single-minded focus.
IEEE devDay seeks to fix that by hosting an engaging and useful professional development event for those who are at a variety of points in their professional careers.
RECENT UPDATES: Breakfast will be sponsored in part by Dunkin’ Donuts, the afternoon presentations will include a pdh presentation that will qualify for some amount of pdh time (to be announced when the presentation is finalized), the after-conference happy hour will be hosted at Brick House Tavern & Tap, and John Figary, Global Account Manger for Eaton, will be our keynote speaker. This is not an event to miss. RSVP today since we have less than 20 spots left for attendee registration.
