2016 IEEE Dallas Industry Networking Gala Sometimes getting the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with a prospective employer is the most difficult obstacle to overcome when seeking a first job. Many recent graduates are far more impressive candidates in reality than they appear on paper, but without prior work experience, their resume continues to be passed over on application after application. The 2016 IEEE Dallas Young Professionals Industry Networking Gala will provide an opportunity for students and young professionals to showcase themselves as impressive candidates. Attendees will enjoy a semi-formal cocktail banquet in the company of a diverse array of industry sponsors, from small-business owners to representatives of the corporate giants.
