Online Registration is open, please read the information below.

Registration Procedure

If you wish to register for the conference, you have to log in to the system with a password that you should save and remember, as that password will enable you to edit your registration in order to make changes to your personal details or to complete it. The deadline for making changes to your registration is June 18^th. After that date, all changes must be emailed to the Conference Technical Secretariat: compel2014@afidcongresos.com and we will give you the assistance you may need. Should you forget your password, enter your email address and the system will send you a new one.

The registration fee includes: City Hall reception, access to technical session, conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, Santillana del Mar excursion and conference dinner.
The accompanying persons program includes: City Hall reception, Santillana del Mar excursion and conference dinner.

By wire transfer

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be made in writing to: compel2014@afidcongresos.com. Cancellations made until June 18^th will incur a 50€ charge. No refund will be given for cancellations made after that date.

Stop of On-Line Registration

On-Line Registration will be stopped by June 18^th, 2014. After that time, potential participants have to register at the Registration Desk. Thank you for your cooperation.
