ACCOMMODATION

The organization of the conference has agreed special deals with a selection of hotels, offering discounted rates for delegates and their partners.
These offers are only available when reserving through Afid Congresos. Payment is made directly upon departure from the hotel. A card number is, however, required in order to guarantee and secure the reservation. No charges will be made to the card at this point.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made after 19^th June will be charged for one night. In case of “no show”, there will be also a charge of one night. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to the conference Technical Secretariat: compel2014@afidcongresos.com
