Ray Waite is the founder of Lighthouse Force consulting company, as well as an avid speaker and presenter on topics such as leadership, innovation, critical thinking, design thinking, business ethics, and professional development. He offers advice and guidance based on his 20+ years as a senior engineering manager in the business commerce and telecom industries, including IBM, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Ray uses his experience to provide practical advice and direction to many individuals, businesses, non-profit and government organizations. His advice and ideas are “field tested and proven” within the teams he has led.
Ray earned his M.S.degree in computer science from The Ohio State University and his B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute and the Competent Toastmaster certificate from Toastmasters International. He is a member of the Ohio National Speaker’s Association’s ProTrack development program.
