Lecture by Prof. Zong-ben Xu: Big Data Analysis and Processing-Scientific Issues and Practical Research

Prof. Zong-ben Xu is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, mathematician and expert of Signal and Information Processing, who also serves as a chief scientist of “The Basic Theory and Key Technology of Intelligence for Unstructured Environment”, the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Project) and Beijing Center for Mathematics and Information Interdisciplinary Sciences. His research field includes applied mathematics, intelligent information processing and data science and technology.

In March 28, 2018, Prof. Zong-ben Xu is invited to give a lecture at the “Millennium Forum”, with topic of “Big Data Analysis and Processing-Scientific Issues and Practical Research”. This lecture will focus on the big data related key technologies and development frontier, including big data analysis and processing technologies. In today’s information age, information technology revolution, as well as social, economic and cultural integration will inevitably generate big data. Big data is one of the newest and most exciting technologies currently available to organizations of all industries as well as individuals. This lecture will be an academic feast not to be missed for the researchers who are interested in big data analysis and processing.
