Renewable energy is not a fantasy but a requirement if we want to save the world from drastic climate change. This webinar will discuss Solar and Wind technologies that are seen as being the source of electricity replacing all fossil fuels, which became the most economical solution for new capacity in growing number of countries and regions and are typically the most economical solution for new grid-connected capacity where good resources are available.

This talk examines why we should go 100% renewable energy with several case studies and examples across the world and what we are doing in Go100%RE campaign in Jordan. It will also cover what kind of skills and knowledge that the engineers would need to become part of the movement toward achieving 100% renewable energy.
