Upon completing registration, you will receive the instructions to pay the registration fee. Please note that the registration is not considered complete unless the registration fee has been paid, which is especially important if you are using bank transfer.
Each registration includes admission to all sessions; lunch and morning/afternoon tea breaks, exhibit and break areas; admission and participation in poster exhibition and competition for undergraduate/postgraduate students, welcome pack and welcome reception for 1 person. VISA REQUIREMENTS: It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that they have the documents to enter into Australia. For the most updated regulations and details, please visit the website of Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Your Letter of Invitation can be requested via the online registration process. Once registration is complete, the Letter of Invitation will be sent to you via email along with the tax invoice. We strongly urge you to begin your visa application process as early as possible, as it may take a longer duration to complete in some instances.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, June 30, 2017 will receive a full refund less AUD $75.00 administration fee. After this date, there will be no refunds. All requests must be addressed to anzscon2017@gmail.com. Requests made via other means will not be considered.
