AFRICON 2015 Paper Submission (CLOSED):

The EasyChair Conference Management system will handle the submission of papers, tutorials and workshops. Click here to open the conference submission page.

Here are the steps to follow for submission:

  1. Log in to EasyChair. If you don’t have an account, please follow the steps provided here, to create one.
  2. Upon login, select ‘New Submission’.
  3. Select a ‘Track’ which is most relevant for your paper and press ‘Continue’.
  4. Fill in the required details and upload your FULL PAPER. After submission, you will receive a confirmation mail.

IEEE AFRICON is IEEE’s flagship conference of the African continent and provides a platform for academics and industry professionals, from all over the world, to share ideas and present their latest research. IEEE AFRICON 2015 will be held on the historic UNECA Conference Center, in Addis Ababa, from 14–17 September 2015. The theme of the conference is “GREEN INNOVATION FOR AFRICAN RENAISSANCE” and the event will feature a comprehensive technical program with distinguished keynote speakers and a vibrant social program.

Important dates for paper:

Submission: Friday, March 13, 2015.     Sunday, April 19, 2015. (CLOSED)

Acceptance notification:  Friday, June 5, 2015

Camera-ready submission: Friday, July 12, 2015.

Submission: Friday, March 6, 2015.       Sunday, April 19, 2015. (CLOSED)

Acceptance notification: Friday, June 5, 2015
