For group registrations of 10 people or more please email us at ils.soton@ieee.org with the subject 'Group Registration'. We will send you back the discounted rates and the group registration link.

To accommodate the needs of our student population we are releasing a new registration package on   4th August for £50 which covers the talks and workshops on 14th and 15th August along with Coffee   Breaks (No Meals/No Accommodation included). You would still be eligible to attend the Career Fair  on 13th August. You can register for the same at the link above.

Your registrations Fees will cover:

1. Attending all the conference activities between the 13th and the 15th of August 2018;
2. Attending the career fair between 1pm and 5pm on the 13th of August 2018;
3. Transports to the Gala dinner on the 13th of August and to Winchester on the 15th of August 2018;
4. Lunches on the 14th and the 15th of August 2018;
5. Dinners on the 13th and the 14th of August;
6. Tea and coffee provided during Break time;
7. Accommodation and breakfast ONLY if it is included in your registration fees.

Winchester Tour is Not included in the registration fees but can be purchased at the time of booking.
