Where to find available feeds for your Org. Unit:
You can grab all available feeds by signing into https://events.vtools.ieee.org/ and then click on View Feeds link.
Format of the HTML / XML feeds are:
- https://events.vtools.ieee.org/meetings/format/start_date/stop_date/asc_or_desc/region#/section_name/ou
Like the RSS feed, you can terminate the URL from the right backwards till asc_or_desc.
- format
- is either html or xml
- asc
- is ascending sort of start dates (like RSS feed) and
- desc
- is descending sort (backwards in time).
- start_date
- is either a date of form YYYYMMDD or a relative value like -3 or 20 meaning 3 days in past or 20 days in future. Today is 0.
- end_date
- is a date formatted like the start_date but terminates the list of events
- https://events.vtools.ieee.org/meeting/html/next/region#/section_name/ou
This form gives only the next event for the unit (also available in xml flavor)
(not valid till version 1.2.0 deployed)
Note that XSL can be used on the XML event and report feeds for statistical collection.
