IEEE Electron Device Society Student Branch Chapter of Kalyani Government Engineering College in association with Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Kalyani Government Engineering College and IEEE EDS Kolkata Chapter organized the 2nd International Conference on “Devices for Integrated Circuits (DevIC 2017)” during 23-24th March, 2017  in BCKV Lake Hall, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal.

The main objective of this conference is to provide a good platform to exchange ideas thus defining an appropriate conclusion for development of next generation devices for application in IC technologies. The vision of this conference is to create and disseminate knowledge by bringing together a group of researchers, engineers, and scientists, working in the frontiers of Solid State Devices, VLSI and Integrated Circuits Technology. The conference has attracted contributory research papers from several eminent scientists, researchers, and students from all over India.

This proceeding of the conference has been already published in IEEE Xplore contains a collection of the 179 papers accepted and presented at the 2nd international conference “2017 Devices for Integrated Circuit (DevIC)” .

Extended version of selected papers was published in special issues of the following journals

  2.  International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems
  3.  Journal of Passive and Active Electronic Devices
