Remarks:

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • To be published in the IEEE LATINCOM 2018 Conference Proceedings, and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, authors of papers accepted for presentation in LATINCOM 2018 are required to register for the conference at the Author/Paper (member or non-member) rate.
  • To be published in the IEEE LATINCOM 2018 Conference Proceedings, authors of papers accepted for presentation in the WORKSHOP are required to register for the conference at the Full or Limited WORKSHOP Author/Paper rate.
  • IMPORTANT: WORKSHOP papers will be included in the electronic proceedings that will be distributed at the conference, but such papers will not be published in IEEE Xplore® since the copyright of these papers will remain with the authors.
  • One Author/Paper (WORKSHOP Author/Paper) registration is valid for up to two (2) papers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by email to  , and received before the Non-Authors Early Registration Deadline (October 23, 2018). No refund will be granted after this date. You can modify or cancel your registration using the same registration link.

Note: Administrative fees for cancellation processing may be deducted from each refund by Whova® and Stripe®. Both author- and all late-registration fees are, however, non-refundable!
