Call for Papers

The 15th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (IEEE ICCS) will be held on 14-16 December 2016, in Shenzhen, China. The conference will feature keynote speeches by distinguished leaders in academia and industry, technical presentations, and invited sessions on all topics that interest researchers in the broad area of communication systems, networks, and applications. It is sponsored by IEEE Singapore Section, IEEE Communications Society Singapore Chapter, IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Singapore Chapter, and Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), China, and technical co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society We encourage all researchers to submit their best work to IEEE ICCS 2016, and look forward to welcoming you to Shenzhen in December 2016. Paper Submission
