All of the above fees include admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, coffee breaks, and one ticket for the banquet, as well as one copy of the book of Abstracts and one copy of the proceedings (in an appropriate medium). One full registration covers a maximum of two papers. There is a charge of 26,250 JPY for each additional paper (after the two papers that are covered by such a registration fee) that is being included under one full registration. Each paper requires one full registration (even if the person that is being registered is a student). Each paper is limited to 8 pages. A maximum of two extra pages per paper are allowed, at an additional charge of ¥10,000 per extra page. Extra tickets for the banquet have a cost of ¥6,000 each. Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.

REFUNDS POLICY
Attendants who cancel their registration until April 30th will obtain a 100% refund of the paid fee, less an administrative charge of 8,000 JPY.
After April 30th no cancellations are possible.
Registration fees covering the publication of one or more papers CANNOT be cancelled.
