IEEE CEC 2015 will host competitions to stimulate research in evolutionary computation, promote fair evaluations, and attract many participants. The proposals for competitions should include descriptions of the problems addressed, motivations and expected impact on evolutionary computation, data description, evaluation procedures and established baselines, schedules, anticipated number of participants, and a biography of the main team members. We invite you to submit proposals to the Competitions Chair: Simon M. Lucas at (sml -at- essex.ac.uk).
All proposals should be submitted by September 26th, 2014. Early proposals are highly encouraged.
